WHAT: The Salem Toy Run
WHERE: Timber Town Harley 3601 Silverton Road NE Salem OR 97305 in Salem
DATE: Saturday, December 21st
TIME: 12:00 PM - 2:30 with as many breaks as needed
CAUSE:
The Salem Toy Run
We work with the School Dostrict to provide a Christmas experience for local families that are struggling.
PARKING: Parking is across the street from the venue and is free
CHANGING AND STORAGE: We have a secure room that is about 20’x15’
COSTUME REQUESTS: We are open to all characters
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS:
We provide a day of arts and crafts and entertainment for local kids at Christmas. They get to see Santa and receive a gift the day of the event. We fill their entire wishlists and give the gifts to the parents while the kids are being entertained and doing arts and crafts so that they have a full Christmas on Christmas morning. Your group has worked with us in the past the day of the event and the kids love it!

I would like to sign up with the Off World Jawa as a trial if I am unable to get submission photos prior to the event.

Hello Chris, in order to have approval to wear an unapproved costume for an event, you have to submit photos of the costume to the commanding officer for review. Please send pics to myself or Sarah for a temporary approval. Thanks!
You could always wear your approved costume and then toss this one on at the end if you want help getting submission photos.

I totally forgot about the Keizer event tomorrow. Asked Jimmy about helping getting pictures done so hopefully the Off world jawa will be approved for this one. I need some replacement parts for my Revan and that is going to need to wait for a few months.

I need to withdraw the request anyway. I need to see about extending the bandolier by about 3/4 to 1" and I now have a conflict of interest with being invited to a Christmas party at the same time.
