CAUSE: Vancouver Public Schools Fruit Valley 2nd and 3rd grade family night
This is a family engagement night for students to connect with their care givers through a Star Wars related craft, story, and snack time.

PARKING: Open parking lot
CHANGING AND STORAGE: You can use my classroom for changing and it can be locked during the event.
COSTUME REQUESTS: Anything school appropriate
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED: No
BLASTER POLICY: Please leave blasters at home. Lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME:
No, please keep signups limited to adult members of Cloud City Garrison and Kashyyyk Base
ROSTER CAP: 5
OTHER DETAILS: Family engagement literacy and activity night for elementary students

This is my wife's classroom and the first troop her school has allowed. It's a very high poverty school and these kids would love for us to show up! Please consider coming out if you can make it!

Jules and I are available for this event, but your roster says 4 only. Is it ok for 5 otherwise we’ll pass. If it’s ok then sign us up as a Jawa and FOTK.

I talked with my wife and she approved us to increase the roster cap to 5. Good to go for Khim and Jules!
