TIME: 11:15 - 1:30 (Costumed Appearance) (Event Time) 12pm to 1pm
CAUSE:
KGW Great Toy Drive
Yes! We'd love to have Star Wars Oregon back the KGW Parade of Toys. Our toy drive supports 150 non-profits and thousands of kids during the holiday season.
PARKING: We will have spots reserved in our own parking lot.
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Yes, we have a large private room available with storage.
COSTUME REQUESTS: Jedi, Sith, Mandolorians, Stormtroopers! (We'll take any) MAX of 15 Characters THANK YOU!!
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS:
Join us for the Parade of Toys! Help us unload thousand of toys before we distribute them to thousands of local kids.

I’m not certain but I think this appearance is indoors, in the studio. Could somebody that did this last year weigh in?
It was sunny last year, and we were stationed out front in the open cheering people on as the cars and trucks pulled up and dropped stuff off. They have a pretty big lobby and a decent overhang at the front entrance though so I’d think there would be a couple of rain options.

Garrett was spot on that there's plenty of spaces for us to be out of the rain during the event, so hopefully we'll be able to stay dry. Parking can be a bit tight near the studio.

Parking: We will have our lot reserved for Parade participants. We will have a few reserved spots, but otherwise feel free to park in any available space.
Traffic: There should not be Parade traffic at your arrival time. HOWEVER, if someone is running late, we highly recommend approaching via SW 18th Ave instead of SW Jefferson. Image below:
