Title: Any Central Oregon builders? Walt's Trooper Factory TK Ready to Build
Post by: GE Media on July 19, 2024, 09:09:20 PM
Hello everyone. I have had a Walt's Trooper Factory Stormtrooper kit sitting my my garage that has been there for longer than I care to admit. I won it in a raffle! I confess that I'm a bit nervous to get into myself. I did try once after watching some videos, but ultimately chickened out. I'd be curious to know if there are any builders in Central Oregon who would be willing to work with me to get this going? I live in Sisters and have the work space, but willing to meet elsewhere in C.O.. Let me know, I also wouldn't expect anyone to work for free! But I feel like I'm missing out on some good opportunities with you all with it being stored away.

Thank you all for your time!

Gary

Hey, it's me again! Well, I taking the leap! Following TK1636's videos, I'm going to make this happen!! I'm worried about the helmet most, but, we'll see what happens.

I do have some questions regarding build decisions, I'll ask those in another post!

Wish me luck.

Good luck, take your time, and feel free to ask questions. I would give you a hand, but I am not in the same area.

My wife and I relocated to La Pine from Corvallis. We are not to far from you. We are rarely on the forum, but very active on Facebook. Hit me up.

Hey that is awesome. I will definitely shoot you an e-mail. I'm confident in my trimming so far, but slowly making progress.

I also remembered my kit is a Sandtrooper and not a stormtrooper.
