EVENT TYPE: 501/RL Formal
WHAT: Coffee with The Force
WHERE: Dutch Bros Sherwood 16482 SW Langer Dr, Sherwood, OR 97140
DATE: Saturday, May 4th
TIME: 10:00am to 1:00pm
CAUSE: Sherwood Police Department
PARKING: Shopping Center parking lot
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Car Change
COSTUME REQUESTS: We would love as many types as y'all can bring
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: We have taken the traditional "Coffee with a Cop" event and kicked it up a notch by creating a Star Wars themed event called "Coffee with The Force". It's an event where the community can spend time with the police "force" and the Star Wars "force" This event is designed to be unique, fun, and engaging with the goal of creating positive interactions and forging stronger relationships with all ages of the community. We partnered with y'all the last two years and we would love to do it again!

I'm going to an event in the morning, but it’s done at 11. I can show up at 12 and stay until it ends at 1. Is that alright if I do that? If not, that's okay. I'll figure out how to kill time another way until the Tualatin Library event.Yes, this works just fine. They have had pop up canopies in the past. I would stick an umbrella in just in case
