WHERE: Ascentec Engineering 18500 SW 108th ave, Tualatin, OR 97062 in Tualatin
DATE: Friday, May 3rd
TIME: 4:30pm - 5:30pm
CAUSE: We will make a donation to March of Dimes
PARKING: We have a parking lot
CHANGING AND STORAGE: We will block off the conference room for use
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: Employee/Founders day May the 4th be with you party

It is happening on May the 3rd due to employees not being at work on Saturday May the 4th. :lol:

It is happening on May the 3rd due to employees not being at work on Saturday May the 4th. :lol:

I just wanted to make sure Heather noticed - she mentioned going to the evening for autism from this one, but this is the 3rd and the other one is the 4th. If she thinks this one is also the 4th, she might miss it accidentally.
