EVENT TYPE: 501/RL Formal
WHAT: An Evening For Autism
WHERE: Washington Square Embassy Suites Hotel 9000 SW Washington Square Rd, Tigard, OR 97223
DATE: Saturday, May 4th
TIME: Arrive: in time to be in costume by 6pm/Event 6pm-9pm
CAUSE: ARRO Autism Research and Resources of Oregon
PARKING: Ample parking, no cost
CHANGING AND STORAGE: We always have a private room.
COSTUME REQUESTS: A good mix, Darth Vader and Stormtrooper’s are always a hit! Plus Chewbacca!
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend

Hi! I am in the autism community so I was able to inquire about this event further. Someone will be at the event about 5, so for anyone who is “in between” troops and needing a few minutes rest, we have a changing room down the hall from the ballroom. They are excited! ????
