TIME: Arrive: 6:15pm Event: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
PARKING: There is a large parking lot, free, at the venue to park.
CHANGING AND STORAGE:
We will have an area where the bride and bridesmaids will be getting ready before had. It will be accessible for anyone to use.
COSTUME REQUESTS:
Primarily we want Stormtroopers, but we wouldn't mind have a Darth Vader as well.
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME:
No, please keep signups limited to adult members of Cloud City Garrison and Kashyyyk Base
OTHER DETAILS:
We are getting married May 4th, 2024. Yes, Star Wars day wedding, and would love to celebrate with some characters.
