EVENT TYPE: 501/RL Formal
WHAT: Star Wars Powers
WHERE: Brookwood Elementary in Hillsboro
DATE: Friday, May 3rd
TIME: 12-2pm - any time or the whole time :) Show by 11am to get dressed is fine.
CAUSE:
Brookwood Elementary -
We are a 4th grade class whose teacher and students loves Star Wars :)
PARKING: Open- Free
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Large private restroom OR Conference Room
COSTUME REQUESTS: Darth, Storm Troopers any characters are wonderful
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED: I can take pictures and share them with you with the students faces blurred
BLASTER POLICY: Please leave blasters at home. Lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS:
Every year my class has a celebration of all things Star Wars and we love having guest appearances!

As visitors you will need to sign into the front office. There are 2 bathrooms and, if possible, a conference room you are able to change in. Our office managers name is also Michelle (Beard) and our office secretary is Elizabeth Rosati, both of who I have included on this email ???? After you are all changed, you will head up to the second floor to our room (212). After visiting with my class, we will have time for other classes to come visit you in our 4/5/6 learning center. It's bigger and able to accommodate more kids!
