EVENT TYPE: 501/RL Formal
WHAT: Mark Austin boba fett meet and greet
WHERE: Starwarstore Washington Square mall in Tigard
DATE: Saturday, August 27th
TIME: Event: 11 am- 5pm/In Costume: Any time throughout the event
CAUSE: 500.00 TBD
PARKING: Its at the mall
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Back stock room, bathroom and corridor next to our back door
COSTUME REQUESTS: Open to all
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters can be held in the store but not in the open mall area, lightsabers are ok
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: Meet and greet with mark Austin at the starwarstore
ANYTHING ELSE: Event interaction with the customers and event ticket holders

The mall usually does not allow helmeted or any weapons throughout the mall. Sometimes just walking to/from the store in a helmet has been ok, but there have been times we have been asked to remove the helmets until in the store.
