EVENT TYPE: 501/RL Formal
WHAT: Bark in the Park
WHERE: Alton Baker Park in Eugene
DATE: Sunday, May 15th
TIME: 7am-noon
best bet is to come up with a time for everyone to show or discuss and figure out alternating times for full time coverage....just suggestions
CAUSE: Greenhill Humane Society
PARKING: Free
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Car suit up
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: 22nd Annual Bark in the Park 2k, 5k and 10k fundraiser
ANYTHING ELSE:
Kristi and I will be there in a hosting capacity but will not be able to suit up. We can help others suit up if needed. We may be able to provide a radio station tent for the characters to hang out at or they can wander.

Thanks everyone! I know this is kind of last minute but we just met with them yesterday. They’re expecting 800-1,000 people (and tons of dogs) so it should be a fun event. As I mentioned in the above details, we’ll be there to help out, suit up, take pics, etc. but will not be able to suit up ourselves and we’ll need to be on stage from time to time. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Ben (Garou) and I could be there for part of the listed time, but we won't be able to be there before 9am as we've got a Girl Scout event the night before, but if it's ok for us to show up later than 7am, we can be there? We would have a padawan with us.

This is on my radar but parade the day before in McMinnville and not sure what shape I will be in Sunday morning.

So we will have a tent for us to hang out at in case of any rain, etc. just look for the “Mix 94.5” tent. That’s where we’ll be. And I’m bringing my TK. Looks Ike I’ll probably have a little time in between stage announcements to suit up. Hope to see more out there with us. Time and length of stay doesn’t matter.

It's been a little bit of a roller coaster with fever on and off, along with a "fab" headache and minor sore throat. No gasto-intestinal issues like my mom and others who attended our happy little mini-spreader event on Mother's day. Thankfully, the most vulnerable of the moms did NOT become infected and got her second booster yesterday. Not sure who brought it into the party, as my daughter's work has a bunch of people out too. Once my symptoms have abated, off I go for my second booster.
