WHAT: Coffee with The Force
WHERE: Dutch Bros - 16482 SW Langer Drive Sherwood OR 97140
DATE: Saturday, May 7th
TIME: Event: 9AM to 1PM/In Costume: whenever you are available during the event

CAUSE: Sherwood Police Department
PARKING: General parking lot
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Car Change
COSTUME REQUESTS: Open to all costumes. We have Mandalorians from the Concordia Clan coming also
BLASTER POLICY: Blaster and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: Yes, children in costume are welcome to attend
OTHER DETAILS: Taking the traditional "Coffee with a Cop" event and kicking it up a notch by creating a Star Wars themed event called "Coffee with The Force". This event is designed to be unique, fun, and engaging with the goal of creating positive interactions and forging stronger relationships with all ages of the community.

I have been in touch with the organizer, they are going to provide canopies for the characters to stand underneath because of the rain that is forecasted. They are offering the conference room at the police department to change in, but it’s about a three block walk to the coffee stand. If you can withstand a little bit rain while getting dressed a parking lot change won’t be that bad.
