WHAT: Ascentec Engineering May the 4th Event - Tualatin
WHERE: 18500 SW 108th Ave Tualatin, OR 97062
DATE: Wednesday, May 4th
TIME: Event: 4pm-7:30pm/In Costume: 4:30pm-5:30pm (or as long as you can stay)

CAUSE: March of Dimes $1000.00 donation
PARKING: Park on any available spot in front, side, and back of the building w/out cost
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Car Change or call to be let in conference room: Cassandra 831-277-4095
PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED: No
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and lightsabers are fine.
MEMBERS' CHILDREN IN COSTUME: No, please keep signups limited to adult members of Cloud City Garrison and Kashyyyk Base
DETAILS:This event includes our employees (100+) their families and roughly our 100 best customers (most of which are Engineers that are also Star Wars enthusiasts). Food, beer (from a local microbrewery), and refreshments are available for you to partake during the celebration.
ANYTHING ELSE: This company has taken great care of us each May 4th and always does an amazingly super generous donation to charity as well!

They have a conference room inside to change if you prefer this to a car change. You just have to call to be let inside. Cassandra: 831-277-4095. Or just head to tent area if doing a car change.
