Title: Lost? Possible Don't Post Tie bucket.

A friend found the bucket in the outer SE area I believe. Can post pic if needed. It is incomplete there's no paint on the traps, tubes or frown. Anyone know anything about this?

Yeah it was found around the Powell and Holgate area near 82nd.
