Hi my name is Wes and I live in Springfield,Or and I have been a huge fan of Star Wars for as long as I can remember, I turn 40 this year,  and my youngest daughter was born on May 4th and she is also a big fan, I have  pre-ordered a Stormtrooper from Avonos, that I will not get until November, and I am just now getting into this.    Thanks

Hi Wes,

Welcome to the forums! We will have quite a few people building the ANOVOS kit, and we can never have too many stormtroopers.

Thanks for the welcome. So first question is, how do I go about getting a TK #, without having my Stormtroopr yet.

Hi Wes. Welcome to the forum! To answer your question, your TK number is given to you after you complete your costume and are approved at the garrison and legion level. After your armor is finished, and you have submitted your approval pictures to the GML (Garrison Membership Liaison - that's me), you can fill out and submit the online 501st application form, where you are able to choose your top 5 preferred TK numbers. If your number 1 choice is available, that's your forever 501st ID#.  Here is the list of available numbers as of now.

Wes welcome. We have many troopers in the Eugene/ Springfield.   Make sure you check out events to see where we are and maybe come out and introduce yourself. July 25th is Star Wars Night at PK Park with Eugene Ems.   It is on a Saturday and you will meet many members.
