Quote from staff: "Special needs families always look forward to seeing and meeting with your volunteers. It has been THE reason for many families to attend this event since its inception. If you can make the time I know it will be as popular as it has been in the past and continue to mean so much to our participants. Thanks for your continued support and consideration."

If spotters have full gear trooper costumes, can we show up in them?
-
No, spotters cannot be in costume. If you haven't already, take a look at the Spotter Guidelines/Trooper Handbook:
http://www.cloudcitygarrison.com/forum/index.php?topic=8445.0
If you have a costume that you're working on for Legion approval, our COs can make exceptions and let you wear it at an event. That's usually done for folks who are very nearly finished with their build and/or they've finished and submitted to the Legion already and are just waiting to hear back. They (the COs) will need to see pictures of you wearing the costume to evaluate whether or not an exception can be made. This applies to both new members who don't have an approved costume yet and existing members who are adding a new costume to their wardrobe.

Yeah, I don't think it would be ready for those kinds of standards yet.
I did happen upon the FAQ right after I posted, all read up on the spotter rules!

My gf Monica will come help spot this on both shifts.
-
Please sign up my hubby, Chris, and friend, Joe, for both shifts.

Garrison Titan member here....I believe a few of us are driving down for this event. I believe Guy Evans rostered me as TK. My GF (Kitty Shafer) will be with me and has spotted many Garrison Titan events.

Missy,
My wife is trying to reschedule Saturday breakfast... I can certainly make second shift. I will get there as early as I can.
I am also checking schedule and transportation for the other events: Mascot night, Kid Fest (Saturday) and Comic Con - Tillamook. I will confirm with you on those threads as soon as I can.

I know a couple of you were taking photos. I know how to find Chris'. I'd like to include still images in the video if you'd like to contribute. You could provide a link to an album here or send me a private message if you'd like to forward them via Facebook or some other way. Thanks for coming out!
