I'll have specific details on Tuesday about arrival time and where we will be changing. We are still keeping our participation a surprise and have specific windows of time to arrive to avoid spilling the beans to the guests and students.
The host has asked that we close signups on this now as well. Thanks, spotters and Missy!

I guess that the host needed to know who was coming by the 14th. So, I can't add you to the roster for this event, but we'd love to see you at McMinnville!

Spotters! Thank you for signing up! This is going to be a really fun event. We appreciate your help. We'll likely need to rely on you to help let our members in the changing space as they arrive and to help us locate our staff liaison to help us get back into the changing room. You can take photos if you'd like, just please take turns if we're lined up and the event photographers are getting a shot.
You can arrive as early as 6:15pm, or come a bit later. We'll be getting ready and lined up to start by 8:15pm. We're in the black box theater for our changing space and have a private entrance.
We are still a big secret so Please NO TEAM SHIRTS or Star Wars shirts visible as you enter. They've gone to great lengths to keep this a surprise, so please don't discuss our appearance with the public. Please keep the door locked to the hallway and the noise level down in the changing room. Food and drinks are okay in here if we tidy up after ourselves. We will have a staff member assigned to let us in and out of the changing space.
Restrooms for us are close to the cafeteria, so please use those and do not enter the hallways adjacent to the stage.

Sean got a hold of me earlier in the day and had a sick family member to care for.
Joe and Marnie were our spotters and held this one together. Thanks to them for so much help!
