Title: Must see TV / Star Wars
Post by: DoubleTap on May 23, 2007, 11:29:12 AM
I thought I'd let everybody know about a few new Star Wars programs that will be airing in the next week.  I just wanted to make sure that Barry would have time to get his grandkids to set his VCR for him .

Friday 05/25:  "Star Wars at 30" 4-6 PM on G4

Monday 05/28:  "Star Wars Tech" 8PM on the History Channel

Monday 05/28:  "Star Wars The Legacy Revealed" 9PM on the History Channel

I did, but I don't have a VCR hooked up to the right TV.  If no one else is able, I can do some re-wiring and record it for you.

I'm attempting to dub it to DVD right this moment, but I don't have a convenient way to make duplicates....although I'll probably end up doing at least one more manual copy just because I'm trying to get used to this VCR/DVD recorder.

Whaddya know?  I think it actually worked!

I played it back on  a different player and the picture quality was actually fairly decent.  I might try it again later to see if I can do it better, but I have one copy of "Star Wars: The Legacy Revealed" recorded to DVD!
