I think I'm ready for approval. Let's see if this works.
I didn't have great light, and I don't have a great background. I can do new photos if needed.
I included one photo so you can see that I have the neck seal and balaclava. I included one shot of the boots.
My left bicep slipped down during the pictures. I can fix that.
My cummerbund can be pulled up a bit so it is a little closer to the armor. I haven't sewed the Velcro to keep it in place yet.
