WHAT: KOIN Filming May 4th Segment
WHERE: KOIN Tower Station - 222 SW Columbia St Portland, OR
DATE: Monday, April 29th
TIME: Arrive in costume by 9:45am/Filming 10am-10:30am (give yourself time to park and get dressed before entering!)
CAUSE: May 4th PR

PARKING: KOIN Tower Parking - $12/2 hours (they may be able to validate parking, but unknown) - parking instructions in comments below
CHANGING AND STORAGE: Car Change

COSTUME REQUESTS: We are fine with whatever we get.
BLASTER POLICY: Blasters and Lightsabers ok.

ROSTER MAXIMUM: Due to the lack of space in the studio, they have asked we keep to an 8 trooper maximum. Mike Kraemer and Anthony Armendariz are listed as they will be the two interviewing from our PR Team. The other 6 troopers will be in the background for the interview. This is first to sign up is first to attend. Any excess signups beyond the 8 will be on stand-by in case of cancellation.

Parking:

- Turn on to Clay from Naito
- Drive past Marriot
- Cross the interaction of 1st and Clay
- The KOIN Tower Parking will be immediately to the right w/ a bright yellow sign above it
- If you see/pass Morton’s Steakhouse you have gone too far
- If that happens: Take a right on 4th, a right on Columbia, and right on                                          1st, and a right back on to Clay
- Follow the ramp that will immediately be on the left (do NOT go straight if the gate is up and another car is coming out- that is the residential parking)
- Pass the loading dock which will be on your left
- Turn left to the parking garage gate
- Take a ticket and the front desk will validate it for your visit

Station instructions from the parking garage:
Follow the arrow that will lead you to the KOIN Tower Elevators
- Press “L” for the Lobby
- Exit the elevator and walk straight to the Lobby
- Turn left and the KOIN TV office doors will be on the left directly across of the KOIN - - - Tower Security Desk
- Go through the first set of doors and you will see the KOIN TV Front Desk

Parking on Columbia for Drop-Offs:
- Park on either side of Columbia since it is a “one way” street
- The KOIN Tower entrance will be on your right
- Enter the lobby area
- Walk straight past the security desk that will be on your right with the large TV screen
Walk through the two glass doors to the room with 2 televisions in it
- You will see the KOIN TV Front Desk
