I think I have the weathering look that I like:

I'm sure I'll continue to add more weathering over time.
Added snap plates in the ab, chest, and butt plates (TK chest):

Got some cotton strapping in the mail, 1" and 1.25" olive, and 1.25" natural. It will be heavily weathered after it's been added.

I painted the moccasins, here is one gray (old) and one tan (new):

I'll need to sew velcro onto the straps, gluing didn't work.
Next, I started some backpack accuracy updates. Overall the pack weighs too much since most of the parts are 3D printed, so I need to remove weight anywhere where I can. Here is a reference picture showing the butt plate and the backpack frame (but he's missing the belt):

First, I completely disassembled the backpack:

Since this frame is not exactly the one used for the prop backpack, I needed to cut-off the tops of the the frame:

There we go:

The bed-roll was way too big, so I cut the fabric, and saved about 2 lbs.

Much better now:

Next, I attempted to hollow-out the "canteen" piece.

I thought it was a solid piece before I started, but what a mess of 3D printed support stuff. Unfortunately I don't think this removed much weight:

Then, for accuracy, and a bonus weigh reduction, I angle cut the "cluster" panel, which is the top piece that the bed-roll sits on. The top section of the backpack frame will be bent backwards (similar to the original prop frame) allowing this piece to fit with this angle.

And finally, much thanks to Garbz (Aaron Garber) XO of the Bounty Hunter guild detachment. He is the Legion's Dengar expert and has been putting up with me asking him lots of question on Messenger. I'm sending him a couple of CCG patches and coins to thank him.
