hey guys whats up? im just wanting to say sorry if i got in the way at all over there? i didnt expect to signing and getting my picture taken.... but it was incredibly awsome. i had alot of fun and i just wanted to say hi and hope to be a member of the 501st very soon. see ya around in the boards....

Welcome to the forum, man. I saw you at the event (I was the Imperial Officer there). Be sure to ask any questions from the veterans, here. We'll be sure to point you in the right direction.
To get a good idea of what costumes are approved in the 501st, take a look at the Costume Resource Library (CRL) on the main 501st website.

I saw you there, and I kept wracking my brain trying to figure out who you were. I had to settle for some obscure EU char. :)

I was helping out spotting. It was my first Troop event.
I'm working on my ID right now, so I'm for now just hoping to chip in with help when I can. :)
I would highly recommend volunteering to be a spotter for a Troop. It was a great way to start learning the ropes.

Agreed, spotting will definalty give you a good idea at what your in for, good things of course. I spotted last summer at Seaside before I was an actual member...soooo many people, but a lot of fun! Welcome
