CCG ''movie night'' with Billy Jack

I've been talking about doing this for a while now, but I figured it's time to put it in motion.

for those of you that don't know about Billy Jack, listen up.  He is a BADA$$!, he's the man, he's the ultimate kung-fu pimp.  it was totally meant to be serious when it came out, but if you watch it now.........it's the funniest, most hilarious piece of work ever. 

It doesn't have to be at my place, but I just want to see if there's any interest in getting together and watching it.  maybe we can do a movie/armor party/ rockband party?

any thoughts or suggestions?  let's make it happen.

Billy Jack was the man, back in the day! I've seen a couple of those Billy Jack movies. It would be cool to see them - any of them, again.

umm, i have a bowling alley venue. and they(mardi) want nothing more than any event that involves movies/costuming/bowling etc. an ALL ages venue, movie, music, HIGHLY discounted food, beer and bowling either way, there, danielles/pauls  or elsewhere, im in. billy jack ROCKS ...old tony kenobi

I'm thinking that Pauls place is sounding good.  I don't mind hosting, but the next get-together at my place will probably be poker....... and I don't want anything to distract me from Billy Jack

We should still do a movie troop that Tony suggested, but maybe a Star Wars movie showing would fit better.   UNLESS......... you guys want to leave the armor at home and bring your skin tight Wranglers and cowboy hats.  it could be the first ever ''Billy Jack troop''.

There are Troops on April 25. Maybe one on April 24 ( I am working on details)

Emerald Comic Con is April 4th and 5th.

April 18th is the Roots and Wings Troop.

There are Troops March 7th , March 21st, March 28th.

The only free Saturday is March 14th. 

Unless you want to do a Friday Night showing.

Hope this breaks it down.

Portland Comic Book Show is in March/April time also. No date set yet. Usually it's on a Sunday anyway.

I'm in. I remember my parents had a copy of Billy Jack on Beta back in the early 80s.

So..... i was looking at the march 28th / childrens museum troop and thought that this would be perfect to combine. 

Here's what I can offer.

troop till 2pm then go to my place.
