Captain William E. Morgan of the IOC reporting for duty!  I just relocated recently from Utah where I served with the Alpine Garrison, and I look forward to serving with you as a member of Cloud City Garrison.  As I had stated in a previous post, my former CO spoke very highly of you guys, so I'm anxious to meet you all, hopefully very soon!
