Title: Need a Vader - June 8th for a couple hours.
Post by: guyactor on May 11, 2007, 08:31:27 PM: I've appeared as vader the last two years at the school where I work and the kids are 'suspecting' it's me. So, I'd love it if vader would walk into the assembly with me sitting where I usually am. Need to be close to my size and costume 'look'. The kids go nuts when Robin and I walked in last year. Tony was the 'narrator'.. Looks like June 8th, Friday morning for a couple of hours..... Contact me for more detailed info

Nice offer, Tony, but I don't know how CCG would like it if there was a 'mini-vader' with rolled up sleeves, tripping over his cape making apperances. :lol: :lol:

I'm crossing fingers that maybe I will have my ANH version of Vader done by the starlight...make it's debut!!! but probably my other vader...patiently awaiting a new inner robe and chestbox(that I still have to build)!!

Post by: guyactor on May 28, 2007, 10:29:42 PM: Dave, it's at Mount Scott Middle School. 11201 SE Stevens Rd. It's Just east of that church with the big cross on 205 near the Sunnyside Exit.

As you come up sunnyside (East), take a left on Stevens. Just follow it to the school after the cemetary, on your left. Park anywhere. Enter the front doors, turn left, my room is the first room on the left - #206. That's where you'll suit up. You guys will appear 'around' 8:30 ish, probably a little after, so get there however early you'll need prior to that. I'll be there to assist. It's you and Tony. You'll be done with in a hour, easy.

my cell is 516-1999 if you need it...

Tony, Todd and Dave:

As we're dressiin', I'll give you a rundown of what you'll do. At first it was one woman retiring, but now, three are leaving the school, so we're going to have them all stand, you can walk up to them and escort them out, 'dark side' style. I"m writing a little 'script' like Tony read last year for a student to read and he'll ask them to stand.

Tony, I'll give you BA 'walking around as vader' pointers!!

A HUGE thank you to Dave, Todd and Tony for taking time to make 485 kids happy this morning. :!: :!: They were absolutely stunned when you guys appeared and I was still sitting in the back. And the 'weapons' were a hit (No one mentioned they shouldn't have been there so that was another plus).

Even though the event was short, you guys nevertheless left a huge impression. Students talked about it all day. My thanks is heightened because it was a short 'troop'.

Yep, he did. Took lessons and acted like a pro. Outfit fit him better than it does me (Gotta loose a few). Todd and Dave acted the perfect guards.
