lol thanks for the sign up...but FYI my name is just Shane....the rn part is extra. See you folks then. (I will not lie, I am kinda excited)

I was wondering, do we ever know who is going to show up? I wanted to plug the event a little but I am not sure who was going to be there. Btw forgive my newness if this is something above my head.

Are you asking if we know which costumers are showing up? If so, yes, we have private sections of this forum for our members where they sign up for each event. There are 15 or 16 people signed up right now, I think. This is definitely one of our bigger troops each year.
-
Yes that was my question.....lol. I could not figure out how to ask that simple question. I assume the private forum is for costumed members. I also looked on the facebook section and I did not see this event listed.. I know I seem to have a ton of simple questions but I am new to all this. Btw do we work with the local astromechs club?

We post all of our events on our Star Wars Oregon Facebook page so that we don't have to duplicate them on both the Cloud City Garrison and Kashyyyk Base pages. This one is listed there.
Nothing wrong with questions--keep 'em coming!
And yes, the R2 group is always invited to our events. A few of their members are on our forum here. They aren't able to make it out to a ton, but they're always welcome.

I am such a dork, I found the event page. Just had to click one more button then I did earlier. I think one spot to post is great . Cool about the R2 group, I am building one of those also (so many irons in the fire). Looking forward to seeing/meeting everyone this weekend.

I'm really sorry but I won't be able to make this after all. I've been super sick all week, I probably shouldn't be around a bunch of kids :( But I'll be first in line for the next spotter signup :)
