I will try to be there for both with Maul if my makeup person can make it. Not sure about DCH though, something worries me about going to a childrens hospital looking like the devil, but I am willing to spot if nothing else.

Doug, I think you are right. This is a totally different venue than we usually are asked to do. WE all love Maul  but there are very small children that come out of their rooms to see us or we go in theirs. Maul might be to scary for them. If you'd like to spot/walk around/take pics, you're more than welcome! Have you got any other outfits?

I think Maul would be fine.  Kids love Maul, I know that my son has loved him since he was old enough to love Star Wars.  I don't think he would scare anymore kids then Vader or the Troopers.

(And I'd second that comment about Maul not being too scary for the kids.  You've seen Doug... he's not that scary.  Besides, if it looks like it's questionable in the early stages then he can just hang in the hallways with the rest of us in the crowds and not do try to do the 1:1 time in the rooms.  C'mon Barry... pretty please!)

I am probably less scary looking with the makeup on. If nothing else it sounds like a great excuse to get some armor. Two days of painting might be a push anyways so I will concentrate on Sunday.

Michael, are you going to this? If not, if anyone would like to try being "Vader for a Day" let me know. You could use my armor to see if it's for you. Obviously, if you're 5'4', then it's not, but others, feel free to let me know.

Barry if Micheal isn't available then I would be more then happy to be there, my dad (The actual Ancient Fan) is going with me I believe so we'll have two spotters,Just out of curiousity what is the foot size of those shoes?I might fit a twelve but I'm a thirteen

Looks like I should be able to make it for the 25th to help spot and shoot pics as need. Plus I need some better looks at the clone armor so I can start trimming mine

Nick, looks like you're the Vader for this DCh troop! I THINK i'm going to take pics, but not sure presently....

The boots are 12. If you've got black leather boots that fit you for sure, then by all means, bring them...Mine may have some wiggle room, don't know.

I'll bring the outfit and will assist if I'm there. If not, your dad can....(Phil, you ever helped me)? I thought you said you weren't able to make this one?......

ChadRice - great! Glad you can make it. It's a very differenet troop for the children in their rooms. Good time to check out other's armor.
