Hi friends!
The Portland Retro Gaming Expo is doing a 40th Anniversary Star Wars tribute during the convention, and would love to speak to the 501st about participating. Who should I put them in touch with? It sounds like it's going to be really cool!

Hey Ara!
Aren't you also an RL member? Don't they have different rules about "retired" status? Maybe you need to troop this one...
To add to what Chris said we have a team of GECs now (we get that many requests) so people fill out the form, an email gets sent to our GEC group, then one of them will get back to them and help organize everything.

To Steve's question about RL retired or reserve status: Rebel Legion reserve is a member that has been unable to meet the minimum activity requirements as outlined in Article 1, Section 4. They still maintain one Rebel Legion approved costume. This member can return to Active status at any time, regardless of amount of time as a Reserve member. If archived meaning no RL costume then you would have to resubmit to the RL
