Above is a link to where you can see the progress I have made on the Death Trooper costume so far (though minimal). It was made from the Disney voice changer mask I got for a really good deal, and some bike helmet plus some other miscellaneous parts. this all included alot, and bo do I mean alot of sanding to get it to a smooth finish. sprayed on some primer, gloss black. I just needed some advice, how would I achieve the super gloss black as seen on on the screen used costumes? I've heard varnish here and there, then there's also wax?

There is a high-gloss black spray paint. I'm not sure how well it works, never tried it, but it might be useful. I can't remember if it's Rust-oleum or Krylon...
