WonderCon 09
« on: February 18, 2009, 11:51:53 AM »
So yeah.... I'll be heading down to Wondercon next week, I'll hopefully be rocking a Cobra Trooper Costume, and I should have an all around awesome time.... course I'll spend way to much money and come home with a bunch of crap I don't need :)

But Yeah, Here's a short list of people I'm going to see

Zach Snyder (Best Director Ever)
Adam West (Most Awesome Batman)
Mark Hammel (The Best Annimated Joker... oh yeah, I think he was in Star Wars too)
Carrie Fisher (Original Slave Leia)
Kane Hodder (The Jason)
Matthew Wood (Bib Fortuna)
Richard Kiel (Jaws.... Not the Shark)
Martin Kove (Kobra Kai!)
Bobby Clark (The Gorn!)
E. G. Daily (Voice of Buttercup on the Powerpuff Girls)
Anthony Forrest (TD who said This Are not the Droids we are looking for)
Ray Park (Snake Eyes!)
The Honky Tonk Man (The Honkey Tonk Man)

Woot!

Oh... well not happening for me, then. Too bad. It sounded like it would have been fun.

I loved Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back.... it was the first Kevin Smith movie I had ever seen. I later went back and rented his others. I wasn't a big fan of Clerks. I found it dry, stupid and boring. But what I did find if that Kevin Smith is a genius and each movie he does gets even better than the one before. That's a mark of a great writer/director. You know he is doing something right when the next project out performs the previous one.
