If this was real life the events that Luke Skywalker experiences In Star Wars a New Hope would leave him traumatized. Thankfully it just an action-adventure movie where heroes rarely have to worry about things like that.

DATE: Saturday, July 27th
TIME:
Arrive: 9:30am
Staging begins: 10am
Ready for parade: 10:30am
Parade starts: 11am

INFO: We’d love to have you come march with us in this fun, small town parade.  You’d help with things like dressing, banner prep, and carrying our 501st/Rebel Legion banner.  It will be super fun!

IMPORTANT PARADE INFO:
Check-in and Staging on 6th Ave (top blue line on map below)
Entry number:

Throwing candy into the crowd is strictly prohibited.

Tape will be needed to attach the parade entry placard to our banner.

PARKING:
6th ave area Camas, WA 98607 (see details below)
EVENT WEBSITE:

Green circle: street parking/changing (6th Ave area Camas, WA 98607)
Blue lines: parade check-in and staging (6th Ave)
Yellow line: parade route (1 mile)
Red line: walk back to cars

Note: We will have to walk back to parking from end of parade.  We could optionally have someone park near the end of the parade and act as a shuttle back to parking.  We could also consider hanging around downtown Camas to meet and greet for a little bit.
